We offer a 30-day return policy for our products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Once the product is opened, we cannot accept your return. However, a refund may still be possible. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
